What the Heck, Part 2.

After a week at the gym, I've gained half a pound.

Not too surprising, I suppose. Since May 16 I've averaged 2,803 calories per day (intake minus exercise). My body's baseline (calibrated from last year's stats) is 2,600 calories per day. Figuring 3,500 calories per pound, since mid-may I've gained 0.038 pounds per day, or 0.722 pounds over 19 days.

Darn tootin I've gained half a pound. I'm eating too much.

What the heck???

After months of relative inactivity, the past two days have seen 47 unique visitors to waterbullet.com, most of them coming from various places in New York. What's going on??

5 days in...

...I finally make it to the Y.
20 minutes of light elliptical and some upper body. Nice place.

Sounds a little too much like Mott the Hoople, though.

Seeing as I don't expect too many gigs, I think that instead of buying a $2,000 Kurzweil, I should just rent a U-Haul and drag my Baldwin to and from the gig. That's how Ben Folds started.

Of course, he's had 3 divorces...

Now that Saxer and I have started a band, I need to get a plan together.

I) Assemble the band
IA) Dan on the 88's
IB) Saxer on the Buschers
Ic) Saxer is working on a drummer
ID) I think I can talk my nephew into the bass.

II) Come up with a clever name.
IIA) Ban the Nickel! always seems to work.
IIB) The Greengrocer's Apostrophe is another fan favorite

III) Come up with a set list
IIIA) Saxer wants a couple of Morphine numbers
